FOR SUPPORT, GENERAL QUESTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS USE LINGO CHAT
Through it, you will send your questions to our Student Success, T.I and Pedagogical teams, who will respond to the message via email.
On your first request, Lingo will ask you to enter the email address registered in the course. Pay attention to this step, as, after entering the data, it will not be necessary to redo this action, unless the cookies on the Lingopass website are cleared.

The Student Success team is prepared to:
- Explain platform functionality, features and tools
- Sugerir metas e cronogramas de estudos para que alcance o seu objetivo no tempo desejado
- Suggest goals and study schedules so that you reach your goal in the desired time
- Guidance on solutions if something makes it impossible for you to study
- Receive your experience feedback and improvement suggestions
- Identify your question and direct it to other service channels, if necessary

The IT team is ready to:
- Restore platform data such as username and/or password.
- Issue already enabled certificates
- Fix bugs with Lingoverse Live Classes or Events virtual rooms
- Fix links not working
