What to do when Video activity does not load?

If you identify that some interactive video lesson or other video on the platform does not load on your computer or smartphone, this can be solved in a simple way. Just enable cookies on the page. Here's how to do this on each operating system:

  1. Google Chrome

    Computer
    Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser's address bar > Click on Settings > Scroll down to the Privacy and Security section, click on Cookies and other website data > Enable the option Block Third-Party Cookies in Incognito Browsing. If you've modified settings and are still experiencing issues, try the following too: Show all cookies.

    smartphones
    IOS: Cookies in iOS Chrome are always enabled.

    ANDROID: Tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser's address bar > Settings > Tap Site Settings > Cookies > Enable Block Third-Party Cookies in Incognito Browsing. If you've modified settings and are still experiencing issues, try the following too: Show all cookies.
  2. Firefox

    Computer
    On the Firefox desktop, click the menu icon at the far right of the address bar > Preferences (Mac) or Options (PC) > Click Privacy & Security and function the Cookies and Site Data section. Set Enhancement Protection to default.

    smartphones
    IOS: Cookies in Firefox on iOS are always enabled. If you are still experiencing issues, you may have a content blocker like Firefox Focus installed.

    ANDROID: In Android Firefox, tap the Menu button (below the screen on some Android devices or in the upper right corner of the browser) > Settings. Tap Privacy > Cookies. Choose the option Enable, excluding third parties. If you have modified these settings and are still experiencing issues, try the Enabled option.

  3. Safari

    Computer
    Desktop Safari, click Safari in the menu bar at the top of your device > Preferences. Click on the Privacy icon. Make sure the following option is unchecked: Block all cookies; If you've modified this setting and you're still having issues, change the option: Prevent cross-site tracking.

    smartphones
    IOS: Open Settings app > Safari. Make sure the following option is turned off: Block all cookies; If you modified this setting and are still experiencing issues, change the following option: Prevent cross-site tracking
