A student disagrees with the placement test result. Can they change it?

Yes! The student can choose to start at a level lower than the one indicated. This adjustment does not generate any penalties and can be monitored by you on the dashboard.

If the student wants to start at a higher level than indicated, we recommend that they request validation for the adjustment through the company.
