I had a problem with my login or forgot my password

If you have trouble accessing your account or have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. On the app login screen, tap "Forgot my password".
  2. Enter the email registered in your Lingopass GO account and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

If you do not receive the recovery email or the problem persists, contact technical support via email at sucessodoaluno@lingopass.com.br or through the in-app chat.
