To ensure data privacy and the security of the assessment process, permissions are strictly divided by user role:

What employees can see:

• The CEFR level achieved;
• The certificate, available for download;
• The history of their test attempts;
• Detailed AI-generated pedagogical feedback.
• If a test is invalidated, they will only see the "Invalidated" status, without any additional details.

What is restricted to managers (employees cannot see):

• The Confidence (Trust Score) percentage;
• The detailed security report explaining the reasons why a test was invalidated.
