The Tutor is an instructor who will help you with various questions throughout your studies on the platform. You can trigger tutoring in case of:
- Questions about grammar after an explanation or a video lesson on the platform;
- Doubts about an exercise in which you are having difficulty understanding the statement or answering the questions;
- Doubts about a word, an expression, a sentence that you read and had difficulty understanding, even within context;
- Response acceptance error on the platform (the typed answer is correct, but the platform does not recognize it as such).
The response time is 24 business hours to receive a response. Remember to always forward the question link and explain what is causing doubts.
