What are Groups and what are they used for? (en)

Groups allow you to organize your employees according to your company's strategic needs (for example, by teams, branches, or projects). When you configure a group, you define custom assessment rules that apply to all its members, such as:

• Which languages are available for testing;
• Which specific skills will be assessed (listening, reading, writing, or speaking);
• The maximum number of test attempts allowed per language.

Important: Employees can only be assigned to a group during their initial registration. At this time, it is not possible to remove a user from a group or reassign them to a different group after registration.
