Certificate availability depends on the assessment model:

• Company employees: They can view and download the certificate for any of their completed test attempts directly from their learner dashboard.
• Managers: They have full access to view and download the certificates of all employees linked to their company through the Results table.
• Campaign participants (Public Links): Since candidates do not create an account to log in to the platform, the certificate is displayed on the screen immediately after the test is completed and is automatically sent to the email address provided in the registration form. This email serves as the participant's official backup copy.
