The course disappeared from my dashboard. What should I do?
This can happen in 3 scenarios:
1. Terms and Conditions:
- If you have not accepted the terms, go to the login screen.
- Click on "continue" to accept.
- After that, the features will be available
- Go to the "my courses" tab.
- Check if you have completed the placement test.
- If the test card does not appear, contact: sucessodoaluno@lingopass.com.br.
- Check your access time in the "student dashboard".
- If there is no time remaining, contact your manager or sucessodoaluno@lingopass.com.br
