My microphone is not working. What should I do?

Check if your microphone permissions are enabled and if it is available for use.

To activate it during a live class, click on “Microphone” and then “Enable audio”.

For pronunciation activities, we recommend doing them in a quiet and silent place, using headphones or a microphone. Try not to speak too quickly and make sure to clearly pronounce each phoneme of the sentence.
